   How can I activate tuner settings in my 5080HD Pioneer PDP TV to allow the selection and adaptation?

   When I go to tuner settings to set ' closed caption ', ' ' tuner settings are dimmed and message out that "the current settings do not allow for the selection and adaptation". How to change the settings don't have any idea that selection and adaptations.
